Terms and Conditions of Use

1. If you are unsatisfied with your order.
If you are not satisfied with the print quality of your order you have the option of returning the order, along with the order number and an explanation as to why you are unsatisfied. If the quality issue is caused through our production system we will be glad to correct any issues and reprint your order at no charge.
This option must be done within 14 days from the time you receive the order from us otherwise the aforementioned does not apply.

Please also note clause 2 below as often the print quality is impacted by the quality of the images loaded into the ordering system.  Please use the quality indicator when preparing your order to ensure the resolution is sufficient. We will not reprint orders free of charge due to poor quality image files.

We will always do our best to ensure your satisfaction however refunds will only be given at the discretion of the company management.

2. We print orders as they are
This means we will process the order according to how it was received and we will make no adjustments to the order. Once again please use the quality indicator when preparing your order to ensure your image is of suitable quality for your order.

3. We will not be held liable for damages caused by shipping
We package our orders appropriately and to rigid standards so there should be no issue concerning the reliability or protection quality of our packaging.

4. We are not responsible for any materials submitted by the customer that may bring about any liability under applicable law
Any material that may violate privacy, publicity or copyrights without the permission of the owner and those parties within the pictures are prohibited. We guarantee that the rights of the customers and images submitted are used solely for the processing of their order.

5. We use third party software to upload your order to us
In order to download the software you must agree to abide by the terms and conditions of that software.

6. Disclosure of your information
We will only disclose personal information if requested to do so by law and we believe that it is necessary to abide by the rule in regard to a court order or legal process being conducted on our website. In all other cases, we will safeguard and protect customer information to the best of our ability using the SSL encryption software.
